System Architecture
School admins, teachers, and students all use one web app. When a teacher asks in the chat, Convex has OpenAI write the text and Google AI draw the illustrations, and images are stored in R2.
Cloudflare Workers
- School admins, teachers, and students use the same web app on Cloudflare Workers and sign in with Clerk.
- Convex handles data and server logic, and Stripe handles billing.

Business Model
Tutoring schools pay a base fee plus a per-student fee and deliver AI-made custom textbooks to their students. Schools collect tuition themselves; the service is not involved.
