ZERO-SaaS is a service that uses a Common Development Platform (SDK) and AI Coding Agent to build a dedicated SaaS for your company from scratch with a ¥0 initial cost. The estimated development timeline is 2–6 weeks. We organize your challenges and goals through a Fit Assessment, then proceed step by step with the features you need first.

Existing SaaS may not fit your workflow, while the upfront cost of Contract Development can make adoption difficult.

Customization is limited, creating gaps in day-to-day operations.

It is hard to forecast payback, making it difficult to get started.

Operations keep changing, so we cannot define everything perfectly from the start.

Validate with an MVP and add the features we need step by step.

Connect every fan moment to the next experience
A fan engagement SaaS that connects fan experiences before, during, and after events through a single ID, helping organizers build lasting relationships with fans. It delivers 88 screens for five user groups, including the fan app, operations console, venue check-in terminal, sponsor portal, and platform administration, on one shared foundation.

See your effort. Build the strength to keep going.
A learning-habit platform that connects the start of study for middle and high school students with quick reflection and visible progress. Across 55 screens for students, guardians, educational organizations, and operators, it provides weekly reports, a private online study room, learning trend insights, and support for meetings.

Connect maintenance from failure records to recurrence prevention
A system that records failures and stoppages in manufacturing equipment, normalizes inconsistent wording with an LLM, and connects maintenance KPI visibility with improvement-task tracking. It also retrieves stoppage events from PLCs, searches similar past cases, and supports access control and audit logs, connecting frontline records to recurrence prevention.

Make line operations visible, from staffing to performance analysis
A web system for managing operating status, workers, shifts, and process-level rotations for each factory production line in one workflow. Alongside master data for employees, skills, machines, and products, it records, searches, and analyzes scrap counts and cycle times to support daily staffing and production visibility.

Manage material movement to and from construction sites in real time
A warehouse management system for construction companies. It centralizes inventory, material dispatch requests, return-to-warehouse requests, delivery schedules, site storage, and reports, making material movement between sites and warehouses visible in real time. The PWA-enabled web app also works from smartphones.

Turn business-card photos into a growing customer database
A CRM app for sales teams. Take a photo of a business card and AI automatically extracts the person's name and company, then registers it as customer data. The PWA supports the full sales workflow, from contact, company, and deal management to email sending, map views, and QR business-card exchange.
The initial cost is ¥0. Choose the Monthly Billing Model for internal-use apps or the Revenue Share Model for customer-facing or OEM products. We prioritize transparency and disclose the calculation formula for each estimate.

There is no upfront development fee. We prioritize getting started, then decide the exact format and pricing through a consultation.
For internal business-efficiency applications

Example: 1 account
¥1,000+
Business-efficiency applications used internally are provided through monthly billing based on the number of users.

Example: 30 users would be ¥30,000 per month

set as the fee
When an application generates revenue from end customers, we work together through the Revenue Share Model. It is suited to building and jointly selling your own product through an OEM model.

A partner arrangement such as splitting sales can also work when a sales company jointly sells its own product

It depends on how clearly the requirements are defined, but combining our SDK and AI can shorten the time to the initial release. We first organize your goals and constraints through a Fit Assessment.
Yes. We design the minimum viable structure through discovery questions and improve it in short cycles.
We have experience integrating major SaaS products for authentication, storage, chat, payments, analytics, and more. We confirm the details for each project during consultation.
We apply standard measures such as permission design, encryption, dependency scanning, and static analysis. We can provide further details in our security documentation.
Development can start with a ¥0 initial cost. The initial development fee is free, and the individual estimate is provided in writing before the contract. We also offer payment-after-start options, while monthly usage fees and other conditions are decided in consultation.
We offer 2 pricing models: the Monthly Billing Model and the Revenue Share Model. Internal business-efficiency applications use the Monthly Billing Model based on the number of users, while customer-facing or OEM products use the Revenue Share Model, with a portion of sales set as the fee.
The estimated development timeline is 2–6 weeks. It varies with the requirements and complexity, and we move through 6 steps: Fit Assessment, requirements finalization, implementation and testing, staging, release, and operations and expansion. Each step also varies by project.
Payment method and timing follow the method and due date in the contract. Our Legal Notice under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions lists bank transfer and other options; confirm the specific due date for each project in the contract. Pricing and format are also decided in consultation.
Cancellation is possible before the contract is signed, but refunds and cancellation are not available after service delivery begins. Please confirm the service start point and cancellation conditions before signing.
We support operations and expansion after launch. Needed features can be added through individual estimates. The maintenance scope, response hours, pricing, contract period, and incident response conditions vary by project, so please consult us for details.
Unlike off-the-shelf SaaS or typical Contract Development, we can start from an MVP with a ¥0 initial cost. Off-the-shelf SaaS has limits to customization for your operations, while typical Contract Development often requires a large upfront cost.
We have 10 public case studies. They cover e-commerce, sales and CRM, trading-card stores, real estate and interiors, construction, education, events and fan engagement, and manufacturing equipment maintenance and production management. We do not publish figures such as efficiency rates or the number of client companies.
We organize challenges, goals, constraints, and ROI hypotheses. The estimated time is 30–60 minutes; even when requirements are not finalized, we can design the minimum structure through discovery and move to requirements finalization.
You can try the demo app for free. No registration is required: answer a few questions and an app tailored to your work is generated automatically in about 3 minutes. It is a starting point for organizing ideas, internal proposals, and pricing discussions.
Ponotech Inc. handles development. Company information lists its founding in January 2023, Representative Director Yasuhiro Hayano, and its address as Mutsumi Bldg. 3F, 2-10-28 Kitasaiwai, Nishi-ku, Yokohama, Kanagawa 220-0004, Japan.
Under the Revenue Share Model, we propose and support additional features that contribute to sales without an additional fee. As sales grow, our revenue grows too, so we can develop in the same direction. Feature additions under the Monthly Billing Model, or changes not directly tied to sales, are estimated individually according to the operations and expansion process.
On Kanazawa Seaside FM's program “President! Tell Us About Your Company,” Representative Director Yasuhiro Hayano of Ponotech Inc. explained why ZERO-SaaS was created, including its ¥0 initial cost, payment after start through monthly billing or revenue share, AI-informed business decisions, development examples, and the company's vision.

Read more about the broadcastOn the broadcast, Yasuhiro Hayano introduced Ponotech's ability to develop systems across a wide range of technologies, from hardware to software, as well as ZERO-SaaS, which develops applications with a ¥0 initial cost. His experience designing electrical systems for industrial machinery manufacturers and then working with software at an IT company gives him a view across both fields.
ZERO-SaaS grew from experience with Contract Development, where fixed specifications and budgets make it difficult to address issues that emerge during development and can exhaust both customers and development companies. We set the initial cost at ¥0 and offer payment after start through monthly billing per 1 account or revenue share based on a portion of the application's sales.
The broadcast also covered the decision to put future service models into practice early, anticipating AI's progress in application development. Examples included automating trading-card market research and pricing with AI, and developing a web application for tutoring schools that generates textbooks and questions based on each student's strengths and weaknesses.
With revenue share, where growing sales also benefit our business, we can propose improvements for business growth instead of negotiating each additional fee. Ponotech Inc. aims to work alongside customers as technology specialists and become the right hand of their business under the principle “Build together, grow together.”
“With typical Contract Development, a proper application usually starts at around ¥5 million, which is expensive and difficult for many companies, especially small and medium-sized businesses, to take on.”
Ponotech Inc. Representative Director Yasuhiro Hayano (Hayano's view of typical Contract Development)
“AI is already reaching the stage where it can program applications, and I imagine a future where an application can be built by giving AI just a few instructions. If that develops, the typical Contract Development market may not be able to charge the same prices as before. We are already providing the kind of service that will unfold in that future.”
