Key Features
We built the full journey from fan experience to operations, check-in, sponsors, and SaaS administration across 88 screens.
From event discovery to day-of guidance
The home screen presents recommended and upcoming events so fans can move from the list to details without getting lost. Event details bring together the date and time, venue, notices, venue guidance, and timetable links.
QR check-in and digital membership card
Fans can scan a venue QR code and show a digital membership card to staff. Check-in records accumulate as visit history and stamps in the fan passport, making continued participation visible.
Favorite creators, stamps, and missions
Fans can view creator profiles and related events, then save favorites. Missions tied to visits, QR scans, and survey responses lead to rewards, keeping fans connected after the event.
Operations dashboard
The dashboard shows member counts, visitors, same-day check-ins, and recent operations by tenant, brand, and event. It also supports period comparisons and CSV export.
Event timetable planning
Operators register each creator's appearance time, venue, and stage to build the event timetable. The schedule flows to the fan view and can also drive pre-event notices and time-change updates.
Fan CRM
Teams review registration details, membership status, favorite creators, and consent status by tenant. CSV import and export plus duplicate-candidate review bring fan data scattered across services into one ledger.
Fan and event analytics
Analyze metrics for members, visits, retention, favorite creators, notifications, and sponsor initiatives by tenant, brand, and event. Period comparisons and CSV export are supported, and aggregation is limited to non-identifying data.
Venue check-in and offline sync
Check-in terminals support both QR scanning and manual search by reception code. To keep reception running at venues with unstable connectivity, unsent data stays in a device queue and syncs in batches when the connection returns.
Sponsor campaign performance
The system aggregates participation, completions, and coupon use, giving sponsors a view of campaign results. Shared data is primarily anonymous aggregate data, and identifying information is limited to the consented scope.
Multi-tenant SaaS administration
Monitor contracted tenants, retention, API error rates, and failed notifications or webhooks across the platform. Tenant creation and suspension, plans, usage limits, and external integrations are managed in one console.
