A trading card shop app that suggests matches and reference prices from a photo, and carries the card through stock entry to POP creation.
A business app for trading card shop staff that brings appraisal, inventory, and POP creation together. Take a photo of a card and image recognition identifies it, then shows a reference price based on market data. Once staff check the condition and approve, the card goes into stock and an A4 POP can be made right away. Stockout and overstock alerts, operation history, and audit logs support day-to-day store operations.

System Architecture
When staff photograph a card, Convex identifies it with Ximilar, and falls back to Cloud Vision and generative AI to narrow down candidates. A reference price is calculated from sources such as JustTCG, and staff approve it after checking the condition.
Cloudflare Workers
- Store staff and admins use the Next.js web app on Cloudflare Workers and sign in with Clerk.
- For each card photo, Convex identifies the card with Ximilar, and uses Cloud Vision OCR and generative AI to narrow candidates when confidence is low.
- Reference prices are calculated from price sources such as JustTCG.
- Images and generated POPs are stored in Cloudflare R2.

Workflow
Staff photograph a card and get matches with a reference price. Once they check the condition and approve, it goes into stock and an A4 POP can be made right away. Manual appraisal, stock entry, and POP making become one flow.
